Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients, assisting with healthcare-related inquiries. Effectively resolve issues and provide accurate information to enhance client satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and follow-up. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with industry standards and company policies. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service and support. Background or experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage but not required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package provided.
