Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to logistics services efficiently. Educate clients about logistics processes and systems to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance. Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated about industry trends and company offerings. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; various dialects are welcome! Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics industry, is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new lifestyle.
