OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in commercial driving. Your ability to manage freight and operate a forklift will be essential to your success in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
  • Previous experience as a route driver or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading freight.
