Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key business partner, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight to drive business growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, safeguarding assets, and supporting decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to support operational needs
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decisions
  • Partner with department heads to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
  • Supervise day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial governance
  • Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting continuous development and high performance
