Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fire, Life, Health & Safety (FLHS) Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this critical role, you will ensure that all safety, fire prevention, and health regulations are effectively implemented, creating a secure environment for our guests and team members. You’ll act as the guardian of workplace safety standards while supporting our culture of care and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee fire, life, health, and safety policies in compliance with UAE laws and company standards
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits across the property to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead fire prevention and emergency preparedness initiatives, including evacuation drills and training programs
  • Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining all required certifications and records
  • Oversee the maintenance and readiness of fire and life-safety systems, including alarms, sprinklers, and emergency equipment
  • Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on health, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports with preventive recommendations
  • Partner with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and third-party auditors to ensure full compliance
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Security, and People & Culture to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, encouraging team engagement and accountability
