Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key leader in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests, team members, and assets, you will oversee all aspects of security operations while maintaining a welcoming and trusted environment. You’ll balance strong protective measures with a guest-first approach that reflects our brand values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations and company standards
  • Oversee daily security operations, ensuring consistent coverage and effective incident management
  • Lead, train, and mentor the security team to deliver a safe and service-oriented environment
  • Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems to prevent and respond to risks
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response drills
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when required
  • Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures
  • Ensure compliance with fire, life, and safety regulations across the property
  • Partner with leadership and facilities to strengthen business continuity and crisis management plans
  • Promote a culture of safety and security awareness among employees and guests
