WHO WE ARE

Evelyn’s has been a neighbourhood staple in Manchester’s Northern Quarter since 2015. Known for brunch classics by day and refined small plates by night, our kitchen is centred around a charcoal Inka grill, with live fire cooking adding personality to dishes inspired by Middle Eastern and Pan-Asian flavours.
We’re now opening a brand-new location in central Manchester, and this role will be key in shaping the kitchen and building a new team while carrying forward the Evelyn’s culture and reputation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Head Chef. You will share our commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience and take real pride in ensuring quality and consistency of every dish.
You will love working with fresh ingredients from around the world, developing menus, and leading a strong team.
