Evelyn’s has been a neighbourhood staple in Manchester’s Northern Quarter since 2015. Serving brunch classics by day and refined small plates by night, our food is seasonal and humble while the intimate setting ensures the focus is always on the food and experience.
We’re now opening a new location in central Manchester, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef and help bring Evelyn’s to life in a new setting.

We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence. You’ll share our commitment to quality and consistency, work confidently across all sections, and help bring fresh ideas to the menu.
