We would like to welcome you to Foxbury Dental. We’re a fully private, purpose-built dental practice located in the heart of Husbands Bosworth offering a comprehensive range of preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental treatments for patients of all ages.
Since opening in April 2021, we have received over 1000 reviews with a 99% / 5-star feedback rating. Being a fully private practice, we have made sure our patient journey and experience is exceptional, and this really shows in how we treat our patients and the feedback we receive from them.
In addition to general dentistry, we offer Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants (by referral) and have a special interest in orthodontics. We have the latest intra-oral camera and scanners available and have our own in house Panoramic X-ray machine.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Experience and training will be given to bring you up to speed with the Foxbury way/standard on arrival. Having the confidence and a proactive drive to help support and grow the practice is essential to this role.

Job Summary
Foxbury Dental is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to join our welcoming team. This varied role combines reception duties with back office support, focusing on new patient enquiries, booking appointments, and helping to qualify leads for our growing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients at reception and over the phone.
  • Handle new patient enquiries, providing information and booking appointments.
  • Support the team with lead qualification and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records and update our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Practice Coordinator and Business Director to achieve monthly targets.
  • Cover reception and support with other office duties as needed.
