THE ROLE

As a new patient coordinator at Phusion Wellness, you will help qualify and sell the benefits of our pain management clinic to new patients. This includes reaching out to several prospective patients each day by phone, text message and email and onboarding those interested in receiving pain management with our clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call potential patients who request an appointment from our website.
• Schedule patients with one of our providers for their first appointment.
• Speak to new patients with excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Develop strategies for more effective conversations, share with team
• Source and develop patient referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly scheduling goals.
