We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who is ready to take ownership of this role and lead our New Plymouth Service branch. This role is responsible for leading a team of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Technicians and is well suited to someone who can drive team performance and deliver on key business objectives. As the leader of the New Plymouth Service team, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this position offers the opportunity to grow a highly successful business. This is a key role which is accountable for overseeing branch operations, achieving financial targets, delivering first class customer service and operational excellence. We are seeking people who possess the below experience and competencies: 5+ years' experience in a similar Branch Manager role, Exposure to the Commercial Refrigeration Industry with a strong knowledge of the supermarket sector, Health and Safety focused, Commercial and financial acumen High standard of verbal and written communication, Ability to negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors, Strong leadership skills, Ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise work, Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally.
