As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with Polish-speaking customers and provide them with top-notch service, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner. Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues related to retail products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns promptly. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
