NEW POSITION OPENING – TRAILER MECHANIC PORT KELLS

We are currently seeking a Trailer Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The right candidate will be needed to help maintain and repair our fleet of open deck trailers and chassis. We have a new shop location in Port Kells and we are looking to add the right person to our team.

• Be able to inspect, diagnose and repair open deck trailers and container chassis as required
• Work and communicate with drivers to determine causation of repair issues with the trailer.
• Work with operations team to decide and determine repair priorities.
• Inspect and repair the various trailer systems such as brakes, suspension, tires, lights, and other parts that can affect the safety of the unit.
• Additional support and duties as requested by the Fleet Supervisor
