• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience in process design, with proficiency in milling, turning, wire cut & EDM

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Perform feasibility assessments and cost evaluations for manufacturing initiatives.
• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to integrate new processes smoothly.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of processes to production teams.
