Founded by dentists Dr. Lisa and Dr. Vanessa Creaven in 2016, Spotlight Oral Care was born from a desire to create effective, clinically driven oral care products that improve health and confidence. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented NPD Executive to support our growing product portfolio. This is a critical role that supports the development and delivery of new products from concept to shelf. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Supply Chain,Retail and Creative-to help bring innovative products to market efficiently and effectively.
