JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for recipe formulation and product development of Gluten-free and Clean Label products to enable the company to meet customers’ needs more effectively.
The role involves research and development of new Gluten-free and Clean Label product lines, including identifying exciting new ingredients, developing new recipes, conducting taste panels, testing products for shelf life, designing labels, and scaling up for production.
The role may also involve travel to customer sites to demonstrate new products and enhance the brand image to help gain a competitive edge in the market.
The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) as part of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Boost Programme and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering.
