We have two new positions for NPD technologists. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly successful food manufacturing company.
Working with large, well-established retailers, the role will manage customer accounts and expectations by leading communication with customers and delivering new products that are innovative, high quality, and market-leading.
You will be responsible for driving consumer-led product development projects to meet the customer expectations and managing the development projects, working with products from concept through to launch. Previous experience working within NPD is essential for this role, preferably in the food industry.
You will support the NPD controllers in striving to continuously improve the service provided by Panesar Foods and help ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards within agreed critical path timelines and commercial parameters set by both internal departments and external customers.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Industry-recognised food technical qualification—HND/degree or equivalent.
Some project management experience
Aware of new market trends
Experience of working within or with NPD
Working within a food manufacturing environment would be desirable
