Are you a passionate and experienced mechanical engineer ready to take on exciting challenges in audio technology? RØDE is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our New Product Group (NPG) and help develop world-class audio products used by creators worldwide.
At RØDE, we push the boundaries of innovation and manufacturing. With cutting-edge in-house capabilities, we design and produce professional audio equipment trusted by musicians, filmmakers, and content creators globally.

• Lead mechanical product development from concept to mass production;
• Design high-precision plastic, metal, and electronic assemblies;
• Develop 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and tolerance analyses;
• Conduct DFM/DFA reviews, material selection, and structural analysis;
• Collaborate closely with electronics, firmware, and industrial design teams;
• Prototype using CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection moulding;
• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and certification standards.
