ABOUT THE ROLE

As the lifeblood of our supply chain excellence, we’re seeking an insightful New Product Innovation Manager to join our vibrant Reckitt team. You’ll develop and manage project timelines, considering regulatory, factory and supply constraints. Tour role will connect brand managers, regulatory teams and factory vendors to ensure a seamless project management. In this role you will cover all facets of NPI including NPD, EPD, Sourcing & Productivity changes, covering multiple brands and various product classifications across multiple internal and external factories. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, embraces challenges, and communicates with clarity and conviction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain individual project timelines accounting for unique regulatory, factory and supply circumstances.
• Lead and advocate the governance of projects, informing the wider project team of the respected necessary actions.
• Facilitate regular WIPs and taskforces, keeping cross-functional stakeholders informed of project progress and accountable for relevant actions.
• Support the wider project team and drive decision-making, issue resolution and alternative pathways to ensure successful project delivery.
