Yibi Precision is looking for an NPI Engineer to bridge product design, engineering validation and scalable manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product introduction from engineering review through production launch.
• Evaluate manufacturing feasibility before tooling release.
• Support prototype, tooling and pilot-production stages.
• Track dimensional, material and process validation.
• Coordinate design, tooling, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Identify production risks before volume ramp-up.
• Support engineering changes and production readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in NPI, industrialization or production engineering.
• Strong understanding of tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with prototype-to-production transitions.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects.
