Early engagement, xDR participate to represent maneuverability requirements, working closely with R&D and Qual to validate proper quale & maturity Responsible for MFG maturity & high independent level, develop new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products Responsible for- documentation, utilities, jigs and other support tools Management of Build advanced certification program and technical excellence of Flex Build employees Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. 4-7 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a multidisciplinary industry. High Experience with 3D tools (Inventor, Solid, TeamCenter) Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and systems. Proficiency in Office applications, SharePoint, and Smartsheet. High-level English (written and spoken).
