Build for scale: Identify bottlenecks limiting growth and design more efficient systems and processes to support the next stage of expansion. Manage key partnerships: Own relationships with existing product and distribution partners. Improve economics and expand reach by identifying and onboarding new partners. Evaluate inorganic opportunities: Develop deep expertise in the competitive and partner ecosystem. Work with the COO, BizOps, and Strategic Finance to assess M&A and strategic partnership opportunities. What You Bring Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or in an operational role within a high-growth organization (including, but not limited to, Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), Business Operations (BizOps), Revenue Operations (RevOps), or comparable functions). Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations Clear, compelling communicator: able to distill complex information for internal stakeholders and external partners alike, from Account Executives to C-suite Proven ability to influence and align: adept at building strong cross-functional working relationships, creating buy-in, and driving accountability, in some cases without formal authority Exceptional organization and follow-through: thrives in managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment and maintains a bias towards action Collaborative, low-ego teammate: maintains a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and genuine excitement to contribute to a high-performing organization Nice To Have Insurance and/or Real Estate industry knowledge Experience scaling and launching new products Benefits Opportunities to make an impact within a fast growing company Medical, dental, & vision insurance, beginning day one Health savings account with employer contribution Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter) 401(k) Generous PTO and paid holidays In-office lunch Perk Flexible working hours Paid parental leave Company sponsored short and long term disability Base Salary The base salary range is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually.
