REQUIREMENTS

  • Florida real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!)
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Willing to learn and practice new sales skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client’s needs.
  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales or of meeting ambitious goals.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation daily
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice
  • Participate in team activities
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session
  • Demonstrate expertise on market and area knowledge
  • Consult with buyers, convert signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
