What You Will Do:
Are you ready to be part of a team that powers communities and supports innovation? Trico Electric Cooperative is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our New Service Team in Marana, Arizona.
The New Service Technician serves as a key point of contact for members initiating new or modified electric service requests. This role is responsible for processing and tracking electric service applications, ensuring accurate documentation, and guiding members through Trico’s work order process. The technician provides clear communication regarding member responsibilities and acts as a liaison between members and internal departments including, but not limited to Engineering, Operations, Energy Solutions, and Member Services, to facilitate timely and efficient service delivery. This position plays a vital role in maintaining member satisfaction and supporting Trico’s commitment to reliable and responsive service.
