As we expand, we are looking to recruit passionate and customer-focused New and Used Car Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in selling not only vehicles, but also Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection. You will have the chance to shape the success of our new Cardiff site, contributing to its growth and helping us provide exceptional service to our customers from day one.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. While previous sales experience is not essential, we are seeking a positive, motivated person who is ready to achieve and grow in a results-driven environment.
You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge. With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team. You’ll also inspire your colleagues to reach their full potential, helping to drive sales in our exciting new Cardiff location.
