Overview We are looking for a highly organized and motivated New Starts Coordinator to join our growing de novo team. This position will be responsible for providing excellent project coordination support and contributing to the overall improvement of launching De Novo locations. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including clinicians, data analysts to achieve project goals on time and within budget. Assist the full project lifecycle for assigned initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation Effectively communicate project information and expectations to diverse audiences Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate and complete project documentation Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within de novo projects This is primarily a work from home position. To support operational needs and business hours, candidates should reside in one of these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia. Essential Functions Project Management: Assist the full project lifecycle for assigned initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks. Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders. Prepare and present project reports and updates. Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate project information and expectations to diverse audiences. Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are achieved. Data and Analytics: Collect data relevant to de novo projects. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing data findings. Use data to inform project decisions and track progress towards goals. Compliance: Maintain accurate and complete project documentation. Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within VBHC projects About You Bachelor's degree in project management, healthcare administration, or a related field or related experience Prefer prior experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting, but not required Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity of project management softwares (e.g., Monday.com) Familiar with Ntracts Familiar with Home Care Home base Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred, but not required Ability to travel 25% of the time We Offer Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
