You will inspire customers to engage with our brand and product by creating visually captivating merchandise displays, making customer-driven decisions, executing visual merchandise directives, and ensuring exceptional store presentation. You will support the Store Manager to coach and mentor the team to uphold high visual standards, in line with our company vision. You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks: Execute in-store creative displays, including windows and mannequins to reflect the brand vision and deliver world class shopping experience to your specific customer demographic Analyse reports and make data driven decisions on store layout and product merchandising Support the store management team to deliver and maintain visual standards across all departments Inspiring and coaching the store team on our company standards and customer’s expectations to drive a world class experience for the JD customers WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about creating a great customer shopping experience Experience in a Visual Merchandiser role with a fashion retailer You love fashion, are highly creative and enjoy influencing others Strong knowledge of our brands is preferred Can demonstrate critical thinking and commerciality You have excellent time management skills, including prioritisation and delegation and can ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner Attention to detail You are confident at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business You can adapt to continuously changing processes and procedures WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
