REQUIREMENTS

THE ROLE

We are looking for passionate people to become part of our exciting new branch coming soon in Sheffield.
Training will be conducted once a week in Manchester until Oseyo Sheffield store opening. Travel expenses will be covered by the company during training period.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Providing excellent service in every interaction with our customers, delivering great shopping experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Operating till transections securely and accurately based on till operational procedures.
• Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries which includes heavy lifting.
• Ensuring that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company’s standards and the compliance with First-In-First-Out stock rotation system.
• Maintaining knowledge of store products to provide advice and recommendations to customers as needed.
• Assisting customers in locating desired items.
• Handling food products and ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are complied.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
• General cleaning and maintenance of shop.
