THE ROLE

As a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will be working closely to drive sales in a high-performing and fast paced store.
Our Managers at Shaver Shop play a fundamental role in the overall success within our corporate network. As we continue to experience growth within Australia and NZ, we are always searching for career-retailers that will be our future Brand Ambassadors who are eager to make an impact on their career by demonstrating their business, sales, and relationship building skills to their team through their leadership.
Our Managers have the opportunity to be part of the company’s exciting annual Brand Ambassador Program encompassing an overseas Retail Tour.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Have previous experience managing or co-managing a team
  • Display confident leadership - you can coach, motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Create a positive and inspiring environment for our customers and staff
  • Employ exceptional customer focus and service
  • Understand the use of KPI’s to drive yourself and the team
  • Have experience in recruiting, inducting, training and inspiring new talent
  • A desire to challenge and further develop yourself to achieve company and personal objectives through continual improvement
