Welcome to Scania! What You Will DoIn this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery of new vehicles to our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, accessories, builds, and any customer-specific requirements, ensuring every delivery experience is smooth and efficient.Your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end Order to Delivery Process, for new vehicle orders through to final customer delivery Planning and scheduling vehicle logistics, including supply and preparation Collaborating closely with the sales team to support timely and accurate vehicle deliveries Liaising with external suppliers to ensure the efficient coordination of vehicle movements Ensuring all relevant technical, legal, and customer-specific information is accurately communicated to the Scania Service Network Who You AreTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience within the automotive retail or wholesale industry, or in a similar coordination-focused position.You will bring: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management abilities A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes Above all, you take pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong working relationships both internally and externally.
