REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven automotive sales experience in a dealership setting.
  • 5-day working week, including Saturdays.
  • Excellent selling and organisational skills; must be a proactive self-starter.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is advantageous.
  • Current full VIC driver’s license is required.
