Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car Sales Director with General Motors experience to lead and grow our new vehicle sales department. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, developing the sales team, and ensuring full compliance with GM programs, processes, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in GM retail operations, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
