Are you ready to lead a passionate and dedicated sales team? Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and success in our Vehicle Sales Department. Prior Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT experience is an asset, though not mandatory.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction remain at the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving sales targets.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Coaching, training, and evaluating sales staff.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department on promotional campaigns.
  • Managing customer quotes, follow-ups, and resolving sales concerns.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.Working closely with the General Sales Manager on day-to-day operations and additional duties as required.

  • The ultimate objective of this role is to ensure the dealership consistently achieves sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • OMVIC license (mandatory).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).Proven automotive management experience.
