【業務内容】 ◇セールスメンバーとして、積極的な直販、テレマーケティング、ダイレクトメール、電話 ◇ホテルツアー等を通じてビジネスを発展させ、育成する ◇担当エリアの商圏を理解し、法人・団体セールスを実施 ◇ホテルの料飲・宿泊等、あらゆる商品の企業および旅行代理店への販売 ◇ホテルのビジネス戦略を理解し、目標設定達成のための行動計画を策定する ◇新しい市場とビジネスチャンスを特定し売上を伸ばす ◇セールスコールを実施し、顧客によるホテル現地視察旅行の手配 ◇新規顧客開拓【応募条件】 ◇積極的にマーケットに出向き案件情報を取得する強いマインドのある方 ◇顧客や同僚と強いコミュニケーションを構築出来るスキル ◇プレゼンテーションスキル ◇基本的なホテルの宿泊・料飲の知識 ◇営業実績数値に対する強い関心を持てること ◇基本的PCスキル必須(Opera経験尚可) ◇旅行代理店とのビジネス折衝経験 ◇ホテル業界での３年以上の実務経験（宴会・宿泊・営業）など ◇Fluency in Japanese reading, writing, and oral communication is needed

Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will actively develop business through direct sales, telemarketing, and hotel tours. They will understand the market area, conduct corporate sales, and create action plans to achieve business goals.
