Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent Athletic Brewing’s values & mission in the territory
  • Field selling role, responsible for cultivating and maintaining new on-premise retail relationships in territory – opening up new accounts, supporting with samplings/promotions, etc.

Communicate field wins + sampling efforts to distributor through market recaps and effective phone/email communication

  • Visiting accounts 5 days per week to obtain and increase business within designated territory. Minimum 36 hours in trade time (at accounts or samplings) per week
  • Must be at accounts selling within traditional on-premise business selling hours (10am – 6pm)
  • Minimum 600 VIP KARMA Survey logged Account Interactions at retail (e.g. restaurants, bars, taprooms, taverns, brewpubs, etc.)
  • Executes visits at target account lists provided by Manager
  • Logs surveys in VIP KRAMA while onsite at the account with photos for every visit
  • 8 retailer sampling/promotional events every quarter
  • 6 distributor on-premise work-withs every quarter
  • Drive new distribution & sales volume in the territory by identifying new business opportunities, actively selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize Athletic in their portfolio.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued
  • Cicerone level one completion valued
  • Strong in market selling skills savvy valued
  • Clean driving record
