Description
The Special Projects Department is seeking to appoint a Custodian to be part of the day-shift team. This is permanent full-time position located at the Hamilton New Zealand Temple and the successful candidate will be required from this location. This position reports to the Custodial Supervisor. As a Custodian, your responsibility is to care for and maintain the sanctity, cleanliness, and beauty of the interior of the surrounding ancillary buildings within the temple grounds. This helps ensure that members can work, worship, teach, learn, gather for prayer, make covenants, and participate in an environment that reflects the Lord’s standard. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
