  An established and well-regarded West Country law firm is looking for a newly qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx to join its Residential Property team in Trowbridge. With direct support from a senior solicitor and the wider team, this is an ideal opportunity for a junior fee earner ready to build confidence, experience, and client relationships within a thriving department.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 0–2 years PQE with experience in residential conveyancing (via training or post-qualification)
• Strong commitment to client service and communication
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and organised approach
• Ability to work independently (with supervision as needed) and as part of a collaborative team
• Keen to build relationships with clients, agents, and local referrers

Working closely with a senior lawyer, the successful candidate will manage a growing caseload of residential property matters and assist on more complex transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service throughout their transaction. This is a varied and rewarding position, with scope to develop both technical skills and commercial awareness.
