JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Bank seeks a savvy, self-motivated, and experienced Offer Manager to join its Next Best Action marketing team. This team member is responsible for the execution of personalized multichannel marketing designed to increase customer engagement, nurture customer loyalty, and grow the business. Experience with Adobe marketing technology platforms such as Experience Platform, Offer Decisioning, Journey Optimizer, and/or Campaign is desirable. The successful candidate will play a prominent role in the building and expanding of marketing campaigns and capabilities working alongside product marketing, analytics, risk management, compliance, and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong technical, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills are required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in digital targeting and/or marketing automation technologies, preferably with Adobe marketing tools such as Experience Platform, Offer Decisioning, Journey Optimizer, and/or Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and data reporting
  • Experience with financial services or banking industries
  • Initiative-taking, responsive, professional, and passionately dedicated to customer success
  • Enjoys both analytical and creative challenges
  • Possesses an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with API development and Java Script
    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of in-house marketing strategies, particularly within digital spaces
  • Gather, document, and contribute to the development of business and technical requirements and identification of key performance indicators
  • Build, test, publish, and manage decisions to precise timelines to meet business objectives
  • Build selection strategies that leverage collections, rules, and ranking methods to maximize positive business impacts
  • Frequent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and changes in the business environment
