Your expertise will contribute to the bank's overall success and growth. Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Understand client needs and offer tailored financial products and services. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Conduct regular client meetings and provide periodic performance reports. Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other bank departments. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the high-net-worth segment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including occasional weekends. Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
