Understand client needs and offer tailored financial products and services. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Conduct regular client meetings and provide periodic performance reports. Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other bank departments.
