We bring together friendly, warm, fun, and intelligent people who love to serve and put the team and our guests above all else.
We are looking to hire a hard-working and experienced Team leader to help supervise both our front of house and back of house. Ranging from food preparation activities to ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.

To be a successful Team leader, you should be knowledgeable of various cooking techniques, have great communication skills, practice proper product control, handle inventories and equipment, and follow food safety/sanitation guidelines. Ultimately, an exceptional Team leader should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in food preparation and cooking
  • Helps manage and train employees in food safety, food production, guest relations, equipment use, and maintenance.
  • Direct preparation of foods per recipes and standardized operating procedures, keep daily waste management records of food products; and ensure quality control for food products served to guests.
  • Inspects locations and submits reports regarding cleanliness conditions, food quality, inventory, and incidents.
  • Will resolve conflicts and/or customer complaints, complete staff evaluations, and address performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Opens or closes the restaurant
  • Ensures all areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and in accordance with Department of Health standards.
  • Participates in weekly manager meetings.
  • Ensures all safety rules and regulations are followed.
  • Must work well in small teams

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
