Purpose of Your Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and performance of the
NextLOAD platform
, which is our proprietary load board designed to help reliable truckers and carriers connect with quality freight.
This role is both challenging and rewarding, with responsibility for guiding product strategy, analyzing market opportunities, and driving measurable business growth. You will serve as the voice of the client while working across departments to ensure that NextLOAD continues to meet evolving market needs and deliver financial impact.
Some onsite work will be required. For this reason, candidates should be local to the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area or open to relocation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and optimize the NextLOAD product, owning the vision, roadmap, market analysis, and overall performance.
  • Drive growth through competitive research, client insights, and targeted product improvements and innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and operational teams to deliver product launches, system enhancements, and roadmap execution.
  • Partner with Marketing to define positioning, go-to-market strategies, and adapt communications based on results.
  • Serve as the voice of the client and communicate product performance, opportunities, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management or a closely related field
  • Experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps, including financial modeling and growth strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with technical teams to deliver system improvements and product launches.
  • Solid knowledge of competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights as tools for product growth.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and technology teams to build and launch go-to-market strategies.
