What you'll do Oversee NFL FLAG game day operations including set-up and break down league booth and fields, handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents and officials Establish relationships with coaches and officials, and fill in as a coach or official as needed Prepare official’s scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field Communicate with supervisor throughout week, attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings at night and submit Weekend League Review (scores, events of the day, etc.) Communicate with supervisor throughout day via phone with internet access Respectfully resolve conflicts and address concerns and questions from customers appropriately Regularly attend coaches’ meetings, staff trainings, weekly meetings with supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Must be 18 years of age or older Customer service-oriented personality Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience Enthusiastic approach and a passion for youth sports More about the role Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sundays for the duration of the 8-10-week season Compensation: Starting hourly rate: $18/hour. The representative will also handle administrative tasks like preparing scorecards, selling merchandise, and communicating updates to the supervisor.
