Assist in preparing materials for periodic working group meetings that highlight recent achievements, upcoming plans and other key updates Assist in creating and maintaining a sustainable user self-service support process for key Testing applications through the development of quick reference cards and twiki sites, the identification of lessons learned and the creation of training materials Support training delivery to key stakeholders and new joiners, as needed Perform ad hoc analysis to identify root causes and assist with other NFR strategic projects to improve efficiency of key processes Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams spanning LCD NFR, Technology, and across the Firm We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years.
