Job Description Job Title: NG911 - Project Manager Duration: 6+ Months Location: Remote • Lead implementation of critical 911 projects including ESInet, Legacy 911 (CAMA), Text-to-911 services, and supported call handling and peripherals • Own, manage, and report on all 911 project implementations, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the PSAP customer, managing expectations and building positive relationships • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution • Lead project activities including identification, prioritization, status reporting, task delegation, and management • Establish and lead stakeholder status calls, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and maintain essential project documentation including project plans and status reports • Execute risk management strategies to minimize delays and prepare for escalations • Manage migration from current platforms to ESInet, coordinating with technical teams • Stay informed on NENA industry standards and best practices and apply them to project planning and execution • Manage 911-focused projects involving call handling, mapping, network deployments, and upgrades • Determine resource requirements and manage project schedules and team responsibilities • Create and maintain project status reports, risks, and issues logs • Lead diverse project teams and coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors • Working knowledge or understanding of PSAP operations • NENA ENP Certification and PMP Certification preferred • Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
