I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC | JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Hành chính & Quản lý Hợp đồng | Admin & Lease Management: Kiểm tra các hợp đồng thuê/phụ lục, đảm bảo tính chính xác 100% và tuân thủ các điều khoản đã thỏa thuận trong khung thời gian quy định. Review Lease agreements/amendments, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with agreed terms within the specified timeframe. Theo dõi các tờ trình trên hệ thống phê duyệt nội bộ (BPM) để cập nhật tiến độ của các hợp đồng thuê/phụ lục và các tài liệu liên quan khác; đảm bảo hồ sơ được duyệt trong từ 7 – 10 ngày. Monitor the BPM system to update the progress of lease agreement/amendments and other related documents; ensure records are approved within 7–10 days. Soạn thảo các thông báo liên quan tới khách thuê và hợp đồng thuê. Draft notifications related to tenants and lease agreements. Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ các hồ sơ và tài liệu cho thuê để đảm bảo tính đầy đủ và chính xác. Conduct periodic checks on leasing documents and records to ensure completeness and accuracy. 2. Hỗ trợ Kinh doanh & Đối tác | Sales Support & Stakeholder Coordination: Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các Leasing Agents để cung cấp báo giá, điều kiện thuê và tư vấn các vị trí tối ưu. Collaborate closely with Leasing Agents to provide quotations, lease terms, and advise on optimal locations. Theo dõi tiến độ sát sao, hỗ trợ toàn diện từ giai đoạn chào thuê đến khi khách thuê chính thức mở cửa hoạt động. Monitor progress meticulously, offering comprehensive support from the initial lease offer to the tenant's official opening. Tham gia đàm phán và thương thảo hợp đồng thuê với các Leasing Agent, đề xuất ý kiến phù hợp cho Trưởng bộ phận. Participate in negotiations and discussions of lease contracts with Leasing Agents, provide appropriate recommendations. 3. Báo cáo | Reporting: Kiểm tra tài liệu cho thuê, báo cáo cho thuê, báo cáo doanh số và các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu, đảm bảo tính chính xác và đầy đủ. Check all lease documents, lease reports, sales reports, and other reports as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness. II. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN | JOB REQUIREMENTS Trình độ | Qualification: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành liên quan như Luật/Kinh doanh. University degree in related majors such as Law/Business. Kinh nghiệm | Experience: Tối thiểu 2 năm trong lĩnh vực hành chính, bất động sản hoặc cho thuê thương mại. Minimum 2 years in administration, real estate, or commercial leasing. Kỹ năng chuyên môn | Technical skills: Thành thạo Microsoft Office; hiểu biết sâu về tài liệu bất động sản và pháp lý. Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced comprehension of property and legal documentation. Kỹ năng mềm | Soft skills: Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian, chú ý chi tiết và phối hợp hiệu quả với các bên liên quan. Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and effective coordination skills. Ngôn ngữ | Language: Ưu tiên Tiếng Anh (Mức độ Trung cấp/Intermediate). Preferable: English (Intermediate Level). Thái độ | Attitude: Trung thực, nhiệt tình, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao. Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible. III. Crescent Mall Management Office, 101 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC. V. THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC | WORKING HOURS Giờ hành chính | Office hours: 44 giờ/tuần. Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu (08:30 – 18:00) và 02 buổi sáng Thứ Bảy mỗi tháng (09:00 – 12:00).

Responsibilities

Manage lease agreements and amendments to ensure accuracy and compliance while monitoring approval progress via the BPM system. Provide comprehensive support to leasing agents and tenants from the initial offer stage through to the official opening of the business.
