Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Are you an experienced and currently trained Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor who is looking for greater flexibility and a better work life balance in Ashford or surrounding areas? Do you have at least six month’s post Pathways’ training experience and a passion for the role? Are you available for 16 to 37.5 hours per week? If so, we would love to hear from you.
You need to currently, or recently (within the last 6 weeks) have worked as a Tier Two Pathways/Health Advisor (Call Handler), living in England or Wales, with a suitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload) and a quiet, private space to work from.
Although the role is based at home, you will need to travel to Ashford if circumstances change and homeworking is no longer viable. You will be required to attend one of site for training on your first day and/or further face to face training, support, or guidance if required.
As a homeworking Health Advisor, we can offer you an excellent support network as well as career development opportunities, a generous NHS pension and a competitive pay framework to progress through, as well as everything you need to get you working from home. As this is a hybrid role, colleagues will be responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office.
