You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the financial lives of the UK’s healthcare heroes. Wagestream is already a proud partner to over 130 NHS Trusts and Health Boards, meaning more than 900,000 NHS employees have access to our service.
However, awareness and adoption of this crucial benefit are incredibly low, and fall far behind other sectors Wagestream operates in.
We are looking for a passionate and commercially-minded individual to take on this challenge. Working closely with our dedicated NHS Client Success and Delivery team, your sole mission will be to unlock the potential of our existing NHS partnerships. You will be the architect of a strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and ultimately, adoption of Wagestream, ensuring hundreds of thousands of NHS workers can benefit from a service designed to improve their financial health.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone with a unique blend of communications expertise, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for the NHS.
Working policy: We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office
Salary: A starting base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + equity
