  • £30,075 per annum
  • Full time 37.5 hours per week on a flexible basis to cover full and part time workshops.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a 111 Pathways Trainer who can hit the ground running and lead the way in training new Health and Clinical Advisors in our call centre in Exeter!
You will be working with the Senior Operational Trainer and a team of Network Clinical and Operational trainers alike. This role includes the planning, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of NHS Pathways and in-house workshops for 111 colleagues.
From a new starter’s first day, their time on the foundation bay and through to successful completion, you will be ensuring that each new member of the team are fully competent, confident and autonomous in their role as a Health Advisor.
You will be based at our 111 Exeter site delivering face to face and occasionally use Microsoft Teams to deliver remote workshops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing a full induction and training for new starters in the call centre including the acquisition of passwords, systems in use and user IDs for all systems used.
  • Deliver a full range of Pathways and bespoke workshops including CM2, Coaches Module and Adastra platform.
  • Supporting new staff in their Statutory and Mandatory training requirements.
  • Comply with NHS Pathways Quality Assurance Process to audit all Pathways Trainers.
  • Support colleagues in coaching and foundation bay.
  • Pathways Passports are completed for all staff.
  • Required to maintain NHS Pathways level of competency.
  • To be accountable and responsible for pass-rates of new starters.
