REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Ontario Class F license or higher
• Minimum 3 years of commercial bus driving experience in Canada
• Letter of Experience from a previous commercial auto insurer (required)
• Clean driver’s abstract (current version required before hiring)
• Fluency in spoken English and confident public speaking
• Reference from a previous employer (upon request)

• Safely and professionally operate a 20-seater minibus, following all HTA rules and inspection protocols
• Pick up guests at downtown Niagara Falls hotels
• Manage groups with friendly, professional communication
• Provide engaging commentary during tours and at key stops
• Assist with photos, answer questions, and help create a welcoming, informative experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at the end of each shift
